New associate friend missed flight and incurred a $300+ fee to change today. How bad are we talkin here?

Expense the change fee. Although that’s a strangely high number and airlines usually just put you on another flight with availability without a change fee.

I think the fee was $200 and then there was the difference of ticket cost. It is what it is.
