Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Maybe I'm a buzzkill here, but I don't care who you are. 29 is too young for a gig like that. Raw talent and intelligence cannot fully replace experience. I'm 33 and know I'm not ready for the C Suite of a company like that. I've also led organisations of 150+ prior to consulting (military). I think this is likely going to be viewed in hindsight as a bad move.
Is it better to get SPG or Marriott points ?
I rather be who I am than someone I am not
It's because the company is going down the tubes. They can't retain top talent and they are sucking the company dry for what it is. It's a 3G company. I guarantee the 29 year old is Brazilian. I interviewed for the office of the CFO and one of my interview questions was "what is your physical limit". Glad I didn't get an offer there. It's a toxic culture and unless you are Brazilian you won't do well there.
Accenture did the ZBB part of the deal, they are ruthless. Their stock price might be going up, which is all they care about, but they have lost all semblance of culture and being "a great American company". But they have deep pockets. That's for sure.
Sounds like a guy with zero friends younger than him
This is total 3G stupidity and hubris
The best points the ones cops give you when they pull you over. I'm aiming for one from every state.
Good for him.c suite before 30.
I don't know about the rest of you but I don't do a whole helluva lot of "cackling" about any topic
Everyone at KHC is so young, but this is ridiculous. They replaced their President of US also with someone who 42.
