Maximize the effectiveness of the sleep you do get. Don't drink any alcohol 1 or 2 hours before bed. Reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar from the 2nd half of your day. Use ear plugs and an eye mask to block out sounds that (unnoticeably) cause you to stir while sleeping. Exercise helps you sleep deeper more quickly as well.
No alcohol for two hours before bed, and no screens (TV, PC, phone, etc.) for an hour beforehand. Try reading before sleeping, and set your alarm for a realistic time (not set for 5:30 if you know you'll snooze until 6:30 anyway).
Agreed with everyone above. What has helped me sleep is having a notepad in my night stand and writing down any ideas, tasks, issues, etc. before I try to go to sleep. I’ve realized that my brain is most active before I try to go to sleep and the notepad helps me with the “hey brain- shut down and get some rest...all of this will be here when you wake up.”
Big dinner, loads of wine, asleep by 930, wake up at 4 and kill em with emails.
Be really efficient in the morning to let you sleep later. I would set alarms for when I needed to get out of the shower, out the door, etc

These are good suggestions. Also add in working out. I try to do something everyday for 20-30 mins whether yoga in the room or cardio in the hotel gym. Hot shower before bed helps relax me too.
I think that u should at least get the minimum amount of sleep your body requests. Treat your body well helps you in the long
That's so funny BCG4. I write emails as I think about things as opposed to notepad), save as drafts, review when I wake up in the morning and send before hopping in shower!!! Makes me appear like I'm always "on" BUT still respects my and other's personal time by not sending at 1 am in the morning. 😊
Try a meditation app before going to bed - Headspace helps me turn off (or at least quiet) my brain right before I go to sleep.
Power through and your body adapts
Power through with a cold shower in the morning. I managed to sleep 3h per day during a 5-wk due diligence just by doing this
