How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.
Happy with appraisals?

OP, don't listen to anyone other than another ATKer. The optics of what you're proposing are bad, even if it makes logical sense. If you were on my project, we'd have a discussion on judgement and being aware of how to project a professional image.
No. It will get kicked back when you submit your hotel bill and it says "Suite"
Yes and no. Cost wise, maybe. But if I was overseeing your engagement I’d question your judgement. Suite upgrades are nice perks. They’re not necessary unless you are spending a lot of time working in the room. Also, you should probably just stay where everyone is staying for convenience.
If you were on my project we will have a discussion and then i will roll you off
You can do it as long as it's under the cap. Stay with your team, if that's sold out just stay under the cap.
Do you travel biz class OP?
Why would you do that? "Follow suit" - always. Stay where everyone stays, book the lowest rate room.
No, always pick the lowest cost option. If you want a suite, use your personal suite night awards to upgrade.
