you can travel on Sunday and spend 2 nights a hotel. if you drive, you can get reimbursed for mileage. you can also consider renting a car. you should be able to expense parking. work with Deloitte to make hotel/car reservations. you should apply for Deloitte corporate credit card (AMEX) ahead in time. if you don’t receive the card before you make reservations or before you travel, you can use your personal card. Deloitte will reimburse you for DLaunch expenses incurred on your personal credit card. you can expense dinners. during DLaunch, you’ll learn how to expense all these costs, including meals.

Hi OP! How far do you have to travel for DStart? If it's just an hour or so, the expectation would be that you travel in that AM. Mileage reimbursement is based off of government mileage standards (somewhere around $.53/mile but it's been a long time since I've expensed mileage. We do pay for parking but you need to be reasonable - eg your coach isn't going to be happy to approve a $100 valet charge. Meals are expenses per diem if you're GPS (you can find per diem rates by googling the GSA rate for the city you're traveling to).
