So after researching my salary is very competitive compared to the market
But the raises given aren’t inline with inflation, how do I justify that I deserve a higher raise to go up with the costs of living? To me it seems that I’m being valued less and less as I can now afford less even with the raise

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.
