After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

What’s the question part ?
Thx for turning my rambling sentence into a rambling post that doesn’t end well.
work, hours, and people?! that’s a unicorn trifecta that’s impossible to find. stay. Start a side project or something to challenge yourself.
Too comfortable, but loving everything else is a stupid reason to leave. Take or teach some classes, keep learning, find ways to push yourself and give back.
Does the ECD role sound exciting to you? If the answer is not hell yes, you know what to do.
If the small agency is terrible, yes. I always think ‘what if I get laid off there? Would be hard to find another place?’ If the answer is yes, stay where you are now.
Stay.
If you think you are too comfortable, then you are. It takes a lot of grit and risk to push forward and up.
Why are you too comfortable? Company holding you back? Or is that you? What can you do in the current job that makes your senior uncomfortable. Why not just get a promotion there.
I am on a large acct but don’t get to participate in new business pitches and the acct is more client management then about the work. Would probably get to gcd by December but ECD at a smaller agency and a change of pace by pitching etc seems fun.
How long have you been at your current agency, CD? Also, would the work be more challenging and interesting at this new agency or your current one? I would say if your mind is shut off at your current agency and you have no clear vision of what’s next for you there, you may be comfortable.
If you love so much about your current place, why can’t you be promoted to ECD there?
Already has a ECD and CCO and my years of experience would allow for a ECD there. The acct I work on doesn’t give me the bandwidth for pitches.
