Hi guys, I joined care ratings about 5 months back. However I had been asked to move from Research to ratings due to high work load.
However now the company is asking me to move back to research. It has been 5 months and I have been trying to adapt to this company. I feel like quitting this job already. It is frustrating. Any recommendations??

I have a productivity question.
I'm unable to plan tasks for the week, and I seem to have a LONG list of to-dos for Mondays. I am overly ambitious on Mondays and unable to plan out tasks till Friday. Everything's seem to be urgent and done on Monday.
Planner is always busy on Monday and EMPTY rest of the week. Inevitably I finish only 20% and rest spillover.
How do you approach planning? And not feel like everything needs to be done on Monday.
"Our people are our firm's greatest asset" yet the systems, processes, communications and fundamental business model indicates that "our people are fundamentally cash cows that must be minimally supported at lowest possible cost to maintain regulatory compliance and keep them working to generate generous margins for us partners." I feel the intent for the former (occasionally, from some partners) but the machine (processes, systems, policies) all reinforce the latter. How do you personally reconcile these two objectives/messages/realities? Towards which side of the spectrum do most partner-level conversations lean?
IBM New partners - Both new joiner Partners(within last 2 years) as well as promoted in the last 2 years. Can you share your signings ,base/yr and RSU’s. If recently promoted from within , how has the % increase?
US Partners: what are your thoughts on the different GTM models seen across similar firms: Industry Vertical and Competency vs. Geography/Region and Vertical/Competency. I’ve seen several firms move to (or remain) organized by geographic region, which seems odd to me.
