When nurseries were closed, same as C1 morning and afternoon shifts (8-2, 12-6, catch up after bedtime) although if your child doesn’t reliably nap this sometimes became 8-12 and 1-6 (this was our reality for at least a month, before our child started napping from 12-2 consistently).
Now that nurseries are open, we do a mixture of nanny/grandparents/nursery.
Keep in mind there is variance in how nurseries implement their systems of control, even though there is government guidance on the minimum requirements. We switched to a new nursery last fall, and it is way more strict than our previous one — we feel a lot safer!
We use nursery and work are flexible when they have to close for 10 days.
If we're both home we take shifts, morning and afternoon unless one of us has an important call then we'll swap for that too.
We update a shared calendar.

Full time nanny - 52 hours a week while we work from home. Sadly none of us has enough flex to do drop offs and pick ups and then cover for when the baby is sick and can’t go to nursery. So full time nanny is the only available solution - unless of the parents has a “normal” job where they can block both mornings and evenings
