Act like a partner. Sit down with the partner/ leadership team and ask for a briefing on the situation and dynamics, what you need to know about expectations and personalities, what happened to make the prior 6 unsuccessful and what you need to do differently, and how do they want to work together to change this up ( ie escalations, awareness, etc.)

Suggest as follows: 1. Give your view of the situation including speaking to the previous incumbents to gather intel. Speak to the account team. 2. Ask the Engagement Partner to triangulate your thoughts 3. Agree what needs to happen and ‘what good looks like’ including clear conditions for success (which may become your objectives) 4. Make sure all relevant internal parties are aligned to this and ensure it’s captured in writing and who will be doing what e.g. get the Partner to commit to what you need them to do. 5. Implement this approach with the client Not saying it will turn things round but it will demonstrate you tried. Finally, make sure you record EVERYTHING in writing. Send notes/emails after every conversation with the client, the Partner etc.

Give it your best shot. Opportunity for you to press reset with the client and turn this project around. You will become a legend if you are successful 😁

Just few more points 1. Understand the expectation from your leadership 2. Before that talk to your team (bottom up feedback is the best in this case) 3. Client key players and political dynamics 4. Priortise list of things expected to be delivered 5.Talk less and listen more 6. Come up with project plan-action oriented and keep it handy to track progress You are there for turnaround things so fixing delivery is key( I have done couple of these before) You can DM me if you need any help

Set very clear boundaries as to what’s acceptable and not. Follow them to the letter.

One other thing - be sure and communicate to leadership if you recommend to walk away. If they are willing to continue to burn through people and not walk away, I’d question the culture big time.

OP: is it big 4 or ACN?

K1 is right. If they have cycled through 4 SMS why is this person still a client?

Is this Accenture?
