Spring dinner - vegan lemon asparagus orzo with pan sautéed marinated seitan and cherry tomatoes. Got the first local (east coast) asparagus of the spring. Orzo based on this recipe: https://www.peacefuldumpling.com/recipe/vegan-creamy-lemon-asparagus-orzo I used chickpea orzo and Violife vegan parmesan.

Looks good. Brisket is even better the next day. Cubed up and fired really quick. So good.
I love you smoke pork shoulder and tri tip. I’ve got both down pretty good.

I haven’t looked too much into them but they seem really cool from the little I saw. I’ve been using a Traeger the last few years and really like it.
