Any agencies hiring jr AD in Chicago?
I’m speaking with a Microsoft HM next week about a leadership role (L65 / L66 ?) and would like to understand what qualities they look for from their managing PM leaders? Could someone offer me some insights ? I have SOME of the product domain experience they’re seeking… so I was a little surprised the HM still wanted to speak.
Anyone who have left Accenture recently and i initiated PF Transfer to New Company ...like when exactly should we initiate the process online.
The new company upon joining thier company will create your new EPF number, and the same will reflect in Govt site for which Date Of Exit (DOE) will show as Not available ,but for last company the DOE will be your date of exit...when Does this DOE for last company is visible in Govt aite after leaving the organisation ?

Ask a partner so you have coverage. That sucks! I think "unkempt" is fair game for feedback but could see a millennial complaining about how that feedback is unfair.
SM1 - I’m just implying that it would be very rare for a guy to think of setting up a spa meeting with another guy.
You cannot give feedback like that unless they are breaking an actually company policy. Meaning you can’t say, “you look unkempt” however you could say “your dress code doesn’t meet policy standards and you need to wear a tie” for example.
Ha HC1 were remote tomorrow. But just imagine semi longer matted and uncombed hair with a longer beard where the mustache actively gets in things he drinks
Drop a razor by his desk when hes not around.
I’m guessing SM1 is female.... if this person reports to you then I would give some suggestions. Also it might make sense to ask if they were in a client facing role before.
It’s like the Deloitte Look but opposite.
Before you go ahead there are a lot of things to consider: 1. What level are you to the person 2. Is he breaking a dress code (facial hair etc) 3. Has the client given feedback? All those things considered, I would just take him to lunch and bring up to him that we need to keep ourselves neat and professional looking in order to present an image to the client. Then slowly bring up examples if it doesn’t register with him.
Take a creeper pic of him tomorrow and post so we can adequately judge the response needed
Be careful as you don’t want to be that person who gets an HR complaint. If the client hasn’t commented, delicately make hints but providing feedback could end up disastrously
OP, you just need to work with him, not date him. Unless the client complains or the odor is unbearable, I would not pass judgement but lead by example. And if he wants to be more client facing then hopefully he'll mature his appearances. I'm also female.
Maybe they are going through a tough spell. Find a salon that has a great ambiance (wine if you like, etc.). Make a spa meeting.
@SM1 I’ve never been in a salon but you had me at wine and I might have to check some out now.
Okay... should have said Sports Clips;-)
We dealt with something like this... when out to dinner brought up, “gah I need a haircut... what a maintenance task. And nails. How do you guys schedule all your appts with travel?? How often do you get haircuts?” As a general team discussion. Planted some seeds with make team members and they talked about how nice it felt to get a clean barber shop shave, and they started to plan one for an upcoming week
Yes.....
D1..did you miss the word him or trying to be funny?
Is he sporting the awful man-bun?
It is a he. I’m 2 levels senior to him and his team lead, also I’m female which is why I’m asking. We have a specific business casual dress code, it doesn’t mention general grooming habits but would you let someone come in who looks like a mess everyday be a POC with a client
*male not make
