New to agency life (6 months) - how do I go about requesting to roll off my current account (that frankly is killing me)

Do you send an email to notify your team who might not be aware, and to the client when you roll off? Rolling off as a BA due to new year budget but have a good relationship with the client.

I just received an offer from another consulting firm with a flexible start date. I don’t want to leave my current project hanging (wrapping November). Should I just start late November or wait it out on the bench and relax for December (through Deloitte’s “collective disconnect”) and start January? Also wondering about staffing opportunities in different months.

Can I join back deloitte USI within 6 months of exit? will I have to settle for my last role & compensation?

2. Allocation bonus is given only if in project? Is it depends on performance factors or only prorated basis?

If you're rolled off a project early due to shitty performance, trying to "go over my head and complain" is an idiot move. It's safe to assume that leadership knew and now so does your coach and RP.

Feeling really stressed by client on my project. I dont know if I can survive without it impacting my health. Is it possible to get a mental health evaluation to assess? Never had issue letting stuff roll off my back but this one is causing sleep loss, stomach issues, and I feel like I want to cry all the time. I do a good job on deliverables, on time and quality work. Seems no matter what, he is nasty. Others say not to take it personal, its just him. But I cant deal. How do I fix this?

I’m considering starting up on my own. I’m a 3rd yr associate- large PI firm. I understand I’m expected to generate fees well over my income but I can’t help but feel like I’m getting a raw deal. I’m making the firm about 8x my salary. No performance incentives, only an annual bonus. My “bonus” last yr was less than 1/2 of 1% of my fees. This year I’ll make the firm >$800k in fees, will be paid <$90k.
