I got just over $20k bonus last year which was about 25% of base
@consultant1 miraculous observation that an analyst is a rookie. You must be a partner bringing in millions.
40-50% 80-100k.
Yeah my base is $225 as a 1st year Sr Director. All-in comp was $315 this year, I don't know if that's low or not but I'm happy with it. I don't work that much compared to others.
Sr Director is really just Senior Manager btw, EYP titles sound inflated. Associate, Senior Associate, Consultant (MBA starts here), Director, Sr Director, PPMD.
32% which worked out to ~$29k. This was this year, but at a niche shop that did better because of COVID
3-7% of base normal rating 8-15% higher performers for vc. Base comp raises are single digit %
50%, 80-100k
