Brand new startup, how do we think about social media?

We tried paid ads and it’s expensive so we want to acquire users through content marketing. It’s a product that helps people discover gift ideas - and it’s a web app.

What’s a good way of creating a social media strategy for it? Or is social media content marketing a good idea at all for early startups?

What are other ways to acquire early stage users?

Just got paid out on my last day. How do I know the amount is accurate? Yep, it's almost equal to 2 paychecks. But I want to know if my pension was paid out to that same check. If it did, then I think I got paid less.

When you tell your manager you are unhappy and they are excited that you are putting your notice and don't try and make any changes b/c the new person/persons they are lining up will just cleanup and make it better.

Then, they get here and you are left to train them on everything you do and your manager keeps saying "I owe you an apology" because they didn't realize how taxing and mind wrecking most processes you handled were... welcome to corporate

Can anyone refer me in Epam Anywhere in ETL testing profile.

Throughback to the first time I met a deloitte recruiter and pronounced it "delwah" like I was french😬

I don’t go to college FB won’t let me make an account without selecting one. I’m 20. I recently got a full time school photographer position that pays very well ($18-25 an hour) and I’ve been having issues with them not giving me any hours after I’ve been pushing for hours. Could I be doing something wrong to cause them to not give me hours even after being clear as full time/ open availability? I have bills and insurance so if this doesn’t work out good chance I’ll just look for a second job.

Looking for some pay transparency here! Not sure if I’m being paid fairly. If you are comfortable I would love to know what your offers after graduating looked like. Please include job title and location for clarification. TIA

Does a PhD in computer science make it any easier to get jobs at big tech companies versus only having a Masters? I know that I want to eventually work at a company like Google or Salesforce and I feel I have a long road to get there coming out a Masters program with not much work experience. I hear people say that a PhD is generally only for those interested in academia/research but then I see job postings at companies like VMware that want people with a PhD. So it makes me wonder?

Hi, I am in my first year of college and i’m wanting to go to law school after I complete my bachelors. I’m stuck between majors to choose in order to best suit myself for law school. Would political science or english be a better choice for someone who’s interested in the law field ?

I just graduated with two masters degrees, two job offers, and yesterday was my 25th birthday!! 🙌🎂👩🏻‍🎓Really proud of my accomplishments since I’m a first generation college student and have been working hard to support myself through my masters degrees. Thank you fishes for your help, I have learned a lot from this bowl!

I am underpaid by my standards but tbh I am severely overpaid for the job I am doing. I work really 12hrs a week (light) with the remaining 28hrs just chilling with nothing to do. Would it be wise to pursue jobs with 50-60hr work weeks and 20-30k pay bump?

I’m trying to get en entry-level job at a beauty brand/industry but it’s been difficult! My main goal is to work for Sephora and have had a few phone interviews but nothing past that. Is there someone that can give me advice as someone who just graduated and don’t have much experience?

I have been in retail for 12 years, working my way up to where I am now (store manager). My passion is technology, and I want to eventually get into network security. I don’t have the time or money to get a degree, but I am currently half way through the Google IT Support course on Coursera. Soon, I will have the Google IT cert and will be taking the CompTIA A+. I need advice on applying to entry level positions. Any resume advice or jobs that would keep me above 50k. Thank you!

Currently interviewing with McKinsey & Company for their real estate insights analyst role. I have an upcoming case interview and I am seeking some tips. Are these cases typically related to the role or could they cover an array of different topics?

Where do you go to find what your fair salary should be? I just graduated with my Masters & I am early in my career (3 years experience). Just not sure how to identify a fair compensation. Thanks!
