I throw my citizen on a NATO strap and it looks clean - any watch that’s got a clean face like this is a +1 in my book

Can’t go wrong with Seiko and Hamilton as a starter watch. You should also check out Tissot in that price range

So I tried this on today and it looks more of a silver in direct sunlight. It's fantastic quality- I'm going to order one myself! It comes with a metal bracelet as well fwiw

Tissot PRX for the win.

Hamilton does the job but seiko is better imo.

I love Direnzo. Swiss made micro that has a ton of value and a great original design. He uses circles and the way everything lines up is really brilliant IMO. There are a couple of YouTube reviews of his stuff where you get a great feel for it.
Lots of other micros to consider. Zelos introduced the spearfish a little while ago, which I’m pretty sure is sold out but SeriousWatches.com will get a couple in a week or two. They’re a great online retailer for micros.
That Seiko cocktail time is a great watch. I have the predecessor which had the nicer movement, but this is still a great value. Strap is just ok, and bracelet is garbage, so you’ll probably put it on a new strap anyways.
I don’t know that Hamilton, is it new? They make good watches. I’m not a huge fan of their movements which have an 80 hour power reserve because they decrease the beat rate to get that. It’s not as smooth a sweep as a 4Hz version of essentially the same movement.

Depends on your budget
