Hello fishes. Today is my LWD at TCS. I have submitted ID card and raised MMT for asset and told the same to ky seperation officer via mail. But I don't see any mail from tcs regarding this. Do we recieve anything on our LWD? Any letter or any mail?

Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget. What can we do?? This isn't going to fix itself.

Hello Everyone I want to know the work life balance in LTI. I've heard that the culture is like BPO you've to spend 9 hours in the office even if your work is completed. They are very much strict about timings. If you're login time is 10 it should be 10 if you login at 10:15 you need manager approval. The projects are also of supports? How do you manage to be productive on a day that you’re feeling really depressed? My productivity sucks right now

I know a few of us like having a couple high dividend stocks that we sell calls against like T. I’ve just started a play like this on LUMN. Three reasons: 1) similar dividend to T but with a better (and improving!) balance sheet 2) growing free cash flow (but revenue is flat to down) 3) the technical set up has it breaking out of a multi-year decline. It’s also getting attention after the short squeeze play. Won’t be a screamer, but 10-12% income returns with the dividend plus CC could be nice.
