This is 110 percent true. I just chose to not apply for a job I would be a really good fit for (client side) after doing research about the company. Same goes for some agencies with vacant CCO or ECD slots. I’ve made the wrong move twice in the past. I’m not doing it again. The people, the people, the people. Last job I came out of the interviews (interviewed by 6 men) thinking “they’re kind of alpha-bro’s. A bit arrogant. Oh well—I can get along with anyone” (I couldn’t).
