Non-Client IFS (Chief Data Office) Role

Is anyone familiar the management structure in this area? I have an upcoming interview with two senior managers but am unsure if the partner, director structure exists here. Just trying to get a sense of where I am with interviews.

Have new analyst on the team with an MBA and project experience. After working with them for 2 months it’s apparent that there are 0 consulting skills (excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and they freeze up even on internal calls. They are young and coachable, and I offered to put time into that. However at a company event they made no effort to get to know the team and chose to stick to their familiar colleagues in their home office. I’d like to ask for a new resource but interested in feedback.

I’ve heard of some account service individuals who jumped from Account Executive/Account Manager to Account Supervisor (vs AE -> SAE -> AS). From research, it’s seems like an SAE requires 3-4 YOE and an AS required 4-6 YOE. However, for those who have experienced this jump in their own career, do you feel the account sup role you landed to be more “junior level” than a “normal” AS role normally is? Did your team feel adequately supported, or should they have hired a more experience AS?

Had the conversation with my wife about “needs.” She explained that bloating makes it difficult for her. I recently accepted a job offer for $85,000.The offer letter stated, “your gross semi-monthly salary shall be $3,541.66 which is equivalent to $85,000.00 per annum”.I signed/accepted.Today I received my first pay check and noticed my gross semi-monthly salary was 3,269.23.
I expected 3,541.66 to be the gross as stated in my offer letter.After using a salary calculator I realized that a mistake was made on my offer letter. 3,541.66 is equivalent to 92,068.60/yr. What do I do? I want my $3,541.66
