Requirements:

Must have at minimum 2 years an HR Manager
Experience with recruitment
Experience with FMLA/Worker's Compensation cases

Non-profit experience is not a must but preferred

When telling a Product based company on my expectations while Interviewing, what should I tell, only about how much hike I need over my CTC or should I tell how much RSUs I need too?

If yes on the RSU part, how to come to a conclusion on what amount of RSUs to ask for(considering most Product based companies have a 3/4 year vesting policy)?
