Non-US / UK consulting partners - I have been long following the posts here. What I realise is that the US partners feel very strongly that being a B4 partner is best opportunity once could have (maybe just followed by FAANG). With the $1M+ pay and a pension, potentially it makes a lot of sense. With no pensions and some of start ups, Tech companies paying more in other countries, global roles (vs local focus) - what are your views about considering opportunities outside B4

So how much to partners actually top out at? I've heard they start at 300-400ish but I can only imagine it going up from there, especially if you make partner in your 30s and retire at 62. (Non mbb)
