Think about what role you would want to do long term. Sounds like you're ready for a change

I always have to articulate the requirements back to my boss, brainstorm and write down options and do analysis with clear bullet points to make it so easy for my boss to make decision. It doen't help that I don't have any direct reports. I wish I had someone who would do the same for me. I do everything by myself. Think a developer that has to do tasks of account manager, project manager, solution architect, business analyst. And when parts of the project involves tasks of other SMEs in the team, I cannot engage them and am only provided with messy process documents that noone cares to organize. I like my team, but I don't think I'm paid enough to do all this. And for personal reasons I can't leave, at least for the next year.
