Depends... entry level (analyst, Consultant) it’s an expectation that you travel. Experienced hire (Senior Consultant and up) the model was local travel but is increasingly becoming more travel heavy to access resources from all over. But you really can control your travel schedule by networking for the projects you want.

Everything at NH is what you make of it. If you want to travel, make it known and network with client execs/leads in other offices. If you want to stay local, socialize with people from your local office.

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
