Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Where’s the line between giving your leaders the benefit of the doubt vs this pattern is pretty dang toxic? I don’t want to leave but I’m so exhausted by the gate-keeping, the self-interest of leaders lacking any kind of employee first mentality, and the lip service of “we want to make this the best place to work.” I’m being told I’m under-utilized but when I try to bring more to the table, I’m either given empty promises or immediately dismissed. - I’m severely burnt out on trust-fails.

I think the take that "people only started to cancel Kanye when he was anti-semitic" is ridiculous. The only reason he's actually losing deals and contracts now is MONEY. After he made the anti-semitic comments Adidas stock dropped 17% lmao. People complained and stopped supporting him on a small scale before he made those comments, but I think we (I'm Black) should have put our money where our mouths were instead and not given him a pass for so long.
