Same fixed CTC for both , variable is 0-20% in EY and for Amdocs I got to know from employee that avg is 8-10%.

I love the company I work at but they are forcing everyone to return to office after two years working fully remote and the most successful eight quarters the company has had in years. People are leaving left and right forcing me and other team members to pick up the slack. For many reasons I do not want to return to office and they are standing firm on their policy. It has forced me to consider other opportunities. Anyone have any recommendations on remote opportunities?

This is the new way I live my life

Hired cleaner recommended through the Neighborhood app. She came for the first couple of cleanings and did a great job. Subsequent cleanings, she sent other people and today, instead of two adults, the replacement cleaner brought her 13-year-old daughter. Am extremely uncomfortable, not just because of the bate and switch but more so because of child labor laws. I know these individuals can probably use the money, what is the right thing to do?

I can’t understand people who have a destination wedding at an expensive location and expect their guests to pay a bomb to attend plus possible gifts. I get it’s your special day and all but don’t be a spoiled brat and put others in the hole for upwards of 2k. And if you expect them to fly to some exotic location, make sure you pay for all their expenses of living and eating once there.
