CTC: 7.5 lkh

Had few doubts :
1. How is work related to devops and cloud ?
2. Since the tavisca is taken over by JPMC , are all policies and benefits are now applicable to current tavisca employees ?

Mid-year raise/promotion question:
I've been in my current role for a little over 1yr. We had annual reviews in March/early April and I got a 4.5% raise putting me at $60.5k base (nj-ny area). I didn't have a direct manager at the time so there wasn't really a discussion.
I was shout out this week's all-hands for doing a great job, I've hit/exceeded quota + brought in >$3M in potential revenue in H1. Do I have a leg to stand on asking my boss for a raise/promotion? Am I out of touch?
