Everyone from a barista to the CEO of a startup has a quarter life crisis at 25. It's not new, you're not alone. Hell I freaked out and bought a house at 25 because it felt like my life wasn't "progressing". It goes away, just try to enjoy the moments. I echo finding a hobby, talking to the family more and trying to think more in "we" than "me" in your dating life.
^^ good point. To add to it, don't get caught up in the crisis because once you hit 28-30 time starts to speed up and then your 36 with a couple babies.
It's because your seeing what life is really like? Honestly man, if you are industry now and have time, find a hobby that will occupy your time. If you are anything like the typical consultant you probably need to be busy or otherwise engaged all the time lol.

Dating life is lacking, family relationships could be stronger. I feel like I'm having a quarter life crisis. Has anyone else been in a similar place? Any advice?
Just join consulting back again, at least you won't feel left out.
Apart from that, I'd say travel the world and find yourself - it don't matter where you work as long as you feel good about it and clearly you're struggling.
