Not is a true “startup” hub with unique roles so I’m seeking remote roles. There are plenty that are remote but my concern is truly being able to make an impact in a mid-senior role being remote? Works at well established firms with lots of collateral and network but a startup worries me. Anyone made the jump to a remote role and found that it works?

I took the exit opp with Amazon from KPMG. It may not be the exit I wanted but atleast it’s the exit I needed.
