How do you know when to up the dose on your meds? Currently on 40 mg Vyvanse. I usually get the peak euphoria feeling (super alert) about 1 hour after i take my meds and it lasts for a couple of hours. I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. Has anyone had any experience with debt collectors? I was sent a letter from a company called convergent claiming they are acting on behalf of a creditor (a bank) that I’ve no interaction with. They are saying they’ll accept 50% of the amount due but there’s no mention of what the debt is. I’m assuming this is a scam but wanted to check with fish here. I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. Any suggestions how to handle the credit card debt without racking up tons of ongoing card interest?
