Where is a new build???

With salary of 200K all-in and 50k to put down, how much can one afford to spend on an apartment? The estimates I see don't seem realistic.. also looking at condos with HOA fees

What skills or certifications are good for management/strategy consulting? I have signed an offer to join a good firm as a MC/S consultant and I am just wondering what kind of things I should learn to have a good start. I am already pretty good at Tableau and Microsoft Offices (Word, PPT, etc). Anything else are good for a consultant? Python? CFA?
