I’m advanced age and respond well to ivf medications but don’t have good quality eggs . Thinking of going in with a lower dosage stims and increasing upward and maybe longer stim cycle. Has anyone tried this strategy ?

Need some mental support or advice. I am 38, had 25 eggs retrieved, 12 fertilized, but only 2 embryos were biopsied. I know numbers drop at every stage, but I did not expect this big of a drop. Don’t know what to think, what could be the reasons. Did anyone had a similar situation?

My wife is pregnant with our second kid. We have both been vaccinated and also taken booster shots.
