How late (a.k.a. off the clock) is everyone working? I get calls and emails well into the late evening and sometimes later. Should I put up boundaries and stop responding after a certain point?

Still WFH? What are other chambers doing for task management? Our chambers has been keeping up with assignments, incoming emails needing judge’s eyes, and written orders, all through Microsoft Planner. We share PDFs through Sharepoint folders. Although we still email draft orders back and forth, the system seems to work well enough. We still aren’t operating at our previous capacity because it takes 10x the number of steps to get a motion heard or an order entered—90% of our workload.

How do I qualify for a waiver of the interview when renewing the H1B in the same US consulate where I originally got the visa? Context: Italian, renewing the H1B that is expiring this summer. The website says says that an interview is not required but only gives the option to schedule one 2 months from now - which is too late for me.

Whenever I ask my friend how she is, she tells me all about her husband and the random things he’s doing (Dan worked from home today and got a haircut-type of stuff), and I could not care less about what he’s up to lol. He’s not an interesting person to me and I feel like she probably doesn’t even realize she doesn’t share anything about herself when I ask about her. They’ve been together for five years and I’m so bored of hearing about him lol. It’s so weird when people get enmeshed like that

Spent the last few months self-reflecting, doing my 5 year check, spending t a few months in Orlando at hotels. On Saturday signed a lease in downtown, Sunday moved in with my lap top bag and a carry on bag of clothes.
Power is on, wifi is working, got an air mattress. To orrow going furniture shopping
