I recently joined HCL. The project team raised the Laptop request for me and the IT team has allocated the Laptop for me but how do I raise the request to deliver it to my home. Total experience of 5 years. I started working with Accenture from last six months. However I applied an IJP transfer into a different deal in same level my package is 4.65 lpa and the team in which I am moving, the minimum budget for an associate is 9lpa. Am I eligible for hike? Can I ask for hike? If yes, then how much descent hike I can ask for. If no, then I will be not eligible for my next hike as I am changing the team, till 1 year there will be no changes in my package.
