Does anyone have any thoughts about a company terminating an employee within the HR team for testing positive for COVID 19 and further accusing the said employee of being the one that created the entire team to become infected by not answering the health screening questions accurately? The week prior to employee being tested the entire team was in the office sick. The company in question weeks prior wrote the employee up referencing sexual innuendo due to an accusation of a preferred name.
Does anyone know how insurance work when you leave a company? Say I leave on day X, does my insurance ends on day X as well or it will last til the end of the two week period after my last paycheck (because insurance premium is still held from paycheck)? And does medical insurance reimburse / cover based on the date of treatment or the date of they processing the claim? Thank you so much!

My firm is giving out surprise mid year bonuses to associates hitting the prorated annual bonus cutoff. I had a major injury for which I worked through treatments for about 3 months Jan-March. I didn’t take any time off, but I did set hard boundaries to make it to PT and medical appointments and not overwhelm myself. I’m off by 50+ hours to the target to receive bonus. Do I say something about being ineligible for the bonus or let it slide since it’s a big gap?
Junior working with ex v5 senior in M&A. He consistently asks me to turn major deliverables at the worst hours, think 10 pm Friday/Sat/Sun night “tonight” or “by tomorrow morning” even when there is no closing date in sight. When I push back he says my behavior is unacceptable. The times when I have been able to actually meet his expectations and give him the deliverable for review, he will get back to me with comments at least a week later. Sick of these false deadlines. Has anyone given any thought to the possibility of keeping quarantined staff and students at school in a separate area and allow instruction to be monitored by said staff? I am not talking ones who are truly feeling ill but we have teachers who have had to ne home with allergy like symptoms...those teachers could monitor students who are also not feeling ill in an area a way from the nonquarantined student body...maybe other schools have students have students who work their hearts out not our
