What’s a reasonable time to hear back one way or the other from a company in this market? Any recommendations for follow up when you don’t know the name of the hiring manager or recruiters?

How long does it take to release an offer letter after documentation. It's been more than one week of documentation. And today I called HR and she informed me there will be one more round formal discussion with the business panel team You will get the invitation soon.

Talk me off a ledge!!! I had an interview with one of the leading professional service firms that I won’t mention for an internal services Learning Manager role. (I’m a former employee from the consulting side) I had a first round interview, that from my perspective, I aced… I answered everything thoroughly, I was engaged with the interviewer…she stated my skills lined up perfectly with the role and that she wanted me to talk to her manager….15 min after the interview I get a no go email…ugh

I want to hear your horror stories as a service provider. I'll start. At a previous company... we were contractually obligated to have deployed (and provided 24x7 monitoring of) an AT&T Cybersecurity product suite for a managed network client, but we never deployed the solution. They paid us for the 24x7 monitoring and the software for MONTHS. When they realized it, we owed them almost $27k.

I’m in a rotational APM, and I’m essentially project managing and POing. I get no customer interface and do not drive intent as it is all very technical. Any advice to help shape this role into product management rather than project management?

I recently switched focus from FP&A to Finance Transformation with a 30% raise but really do not like the work and would like to transition back. PhD in Chemistry w/ 8 YOE. Now pursuing a part-time MBA while working as an R&D manager is a chemical company. I don't enjoy chemistry research anymore and want to try something else. I'm interested in consulting and think it could open doors for me to do something different after a few years.
