Experimented with some interviews at different companies to see what a senior role would pay out. Pretty much in line with what I make now and most of the companies pay less. The company I work at is pretty great with a good team.

Question on the COVID situation.
1. Why does each country have their own FDA approve for vaccines already approved by other countries? Why not rely on leading economies say, US UK's approval? Isn't not doing that losing crucial time?
2. If there's a strong reason for individual country-based approval of vaccine, does approval from other countries like US, UK factor in?
