Don't look for shortcuts. And with more reps and meetings it helps you distill what's most important to remember. Until then just write down everything (don't waste time during meeting trying to figure out if something is "important enough" to write down) and then within 2-4 hours after clean up and synthesize before sharing. Notes are extremely valuable and as such people that are good at them are extremely valuable. It's tough (and boring) but worth doing well.

Unless you have to send meeting notes out 5 minutes after the meeting ends you have time haha

Take the agenda and then build out sub bullet points from there. Add section for general commentary that isn’t on the agenda

Honestly, just listen more intently then. The floor is pretty low to take notes when you have an agenda. You up front know what the action items are, it’s just how they get assigned and what timeframes they’re on. I wish I had something more useful for you
Use one note. Take notes with a unique keyword for action items. It is far easier to search onenote for "jjjj" than read through tons of notes.
When I started, was very nervous as well and that would lead to not being able to pay attention. I used my iPad and an app called Notability. Would record audio and then also scribble/write using the Apple Pencil. But now don’t have to do it because have gotten used to it. If it helps.
I’m in Illinois so for me it’s tougher to record since it’s a two party state for recording
Download FreeCam from freescreenrecoring.com Record the meeting and play it over. That's what I do. The only issue is the time needed to replay the video
No, I haven't had any reason to search

For me processing wise is way better if i wear headphones vs just computer audio, not sure if that helps but auditory wise it’s the only thing i can focus on that way
Put that adhd to work and type them verbatim
