When analyzing a TikTok’s performance, what metrics would you determine whether not it was successful? If you’re looking for some of your top performing posts from this year, would you base the performance by engagements, views, or engagement rate?

I think since I became a real estate agent my friends are avoiding me... it's like they think I see them as "prospects" rather than my pals. Hard to get out of salesman mode at the end of the day though.

Recently got the Amex blue cash preferred card with 6% cash back on groceries.

How is this applied? I can't seem to figure if the money is coming off statements automatically or if I have to do something to gain the value.

Also whats the easiest way to see how much you've earned from this?

This might be too ambiguous to answer, but I want to get better at taking iniative, but I don't know how. I can be pretty shy in work settings. I do things without being told, but I want to go beyond that like start projects etc. Provide more value.

I’m going through some datasets to match up entity names. Basically I’m just trying to see if one entity name is listed in another spreadsheet. I’ve tried vlookups and matches but the entity names differ a little bit sometimes in the one sheet so they won’t match (extra commas, some words shortened, added inc/llp at the end, etc). Is there anyway to get around this and avoid manually going thru to match?

My boyfriend and I make 200K combined and live in NJ. We have $1000 in monthly car payments combined. That’s all we owe. Our credit scores are in the 800s. We have 50K to put down on a home. We have done the math and I know we can afford much more but he doesn’t want to buy more than a 400K home. I’m almost positive we can afford 500K and be more than ok. Just curious a district in my area is having him speak at a virtual meeting coming up on ways to improve D and F grades.He has a sketchy past from being in jail for embezzling money for an organization and years ago he was accused of molesting a coworkers child then several years go by and he was acquitted. We recently had to start wearing bright yellow vests during our emergency drills. They look silly but I guess they're helping keep us safe?

So my district is making teachers burn sick days after receiving the vaccine and having a reaction to it. They state we made the choice to get it so if we have a reaction and have to be out it is on us....

I’ve been fully vaccinated since early this year (Pfizer), and tested positive for Covid-19 three days ago. I’m laid up in bed feeling terrible and quarantined so that my wife (who tested negative) and two kids don’t catch it from me. Remember: be safe. Don’t relax yet. The vaccines are wonderful, but we can still get it and pass it on.

Found out some of my coworkers get paid significantly more than I do, but have little or none of the credentials and experience I have. How do I go about bringing this up to HR?

Kind of curious, how many of you have any male secretaries in your schools?
I have taught in four different buildings in my career, some had multiple secretaries. Never had a male secretary.

Our 6th grade schedule changed this year & our 45 min Flex period is now first thing in the morning. Students who have signed up for instrumental and chorus are pulled that block but it’s supposed to be “intervention” for the others. We rotate classes so I thought of treating it like homeroom, but I’m having trouble trying to think of how to best make use of that block. Any suggestions?
