I have given two client interview, but I failed in two interview. I have joined this month. What should I do? In client interview they are asking data structure.

How do you tell a company that you have upcoming in-person interviews for, that you want to withdraw from the process? Did some more research and it doesn’t sound like a good place to be at.

We went to a wedding and husband was not wearing a mask at the airport and in public places . He gets Covid and we find out several of the guests also got Covid . CPTD but no degree (long story, about 15 cr shy). Would you suggest addl cert (CCMP, SHRM-C)? Will the lack of degree a no-go or is there a way in while I finish? A Sr director role is being dangled. Would the title bump help with the transition or do I risk missing a hot market?
