This is getting ridiculous, have they ever think about the impact on employee retention? It’s not about getting paid a week late but the message and impression it will give to the employees - employees are always the lowest priority in Vialto

That is unacceptable imo and I would be raising it with our Partner to find out the reason. I financial plan for bonus payments ahead of when it is paid. Also very concerning if its related to the cash flow issues.
Feels like they did this on purpose after a sum of people put in their 2 weeks thinking 9/30 would be their last day.

I f’d right off without the bonus. I figured they’d pull something like this and didn’t want to be scammed into staying longer continuously waiting for a bonus payout. Not worth it to me, personally
No money to fund the bonuses 🤷♂️

Is this what they said? If so, very concerning about the business

What has happened? Is it normal in the US for the July regular bonus to be paid in September? EU country here and we got it paid end of July which was the same at PwC
Yeah the US bonus has always been paid on September 30 (or the closest business day if September 30 is a weekend)
I was thinking the same thing. I guess they never officially announced the date of payout for Vialto, but I think everyone assumed it would be the same payout date as PwC (9/30). Regardless, I don’t understand why they waited to give notice/clarify this…
I agree. To me it’s not really a problem the days changed, I’m just upset that they waited this long to let us know.
