Could if be a hemangioma? My baby has one on his toe, but I might be wrong
Looks like a strawberry hemangioma to me?
Rising Star
Totally looks like a hemangioma. They are quite common on heads/face. Usually babies are born with them and they get darker for the first 6 months or so and then start to fade. My daughter had a fairly large one one her back. She is now 5 and it’s mostly gone. Obviously check with your pediatrician.

Mystery solved! My brother in law is a doc and confirmed it’s probably a strawberry hemangioma, per the comments above. Thank you all for replying. What’s funny is when we spotted it tonight I swore I’d never seen anything like it on our older kids but once I heard the phrase I remembered that our oldest actually had one of those on her vagina (no joke) as a baby :)
