I am being considered for the role of BDE at Gartner. I have total 15 years experience with 8 years of quota selling. What is the salary bracket at Gartner for this role.

What's better? Go back to school for a master's($14k) in information systems that will teach Net, SAP, SQL Server, UML, XML, Rapidminer, Tableau, Python, R, Blockchain, cybersecurity tools, and more OR get certifications for some of these platform? I currently have 2.5 yoe, have some work experience with Tableau and different SQLs, validating data, etc. My goal is to break into this industry and have enough skill to exit Accenture within a year or two. Currently in the TDP program.

*Medical Records Requests / Reducing Expenses / HITECH*
I recently left my corporate paralegal role to return to a small personal injury firm. I was shocked to learn that the HITECH fee no longer applies if a client requests their medical records be sent to a third-party (e.g. attorney). Has anyone had any success modifying their HITECH request template for clients so there IS a fee limitation AND the records are sent directly to their attorney? Paying $100+ for hospital records is sickening.

Does ThoughtWorks also have the internal client round even after the job offer? What is the bench policy over there?

I am a strategist with a creative soul. Has anyone ever done the jump from strategy/ planning to creative? I have a creative brand strategy background with some experience copywriting. As an associate director I don’t want to digress in my career but am learning I am more interested and excited by coming up with big creative ideas then writing briefs. Looking for objective opinions. I was in a training session today with all men and one other woman. Truth be told, I was by far best there (based on effort, not necessarily natural ability). I suddenly felt like a goody twos shoes and unliked for coming prepared. The woman was indifferent with me which happens a lot with women in the industry. Received job offer and negotiated salary. They came back not budging on base salary but offering a bonus of 15% rather than the original 10%. I appreciate that but was really hoping for an increase in base. Would you just accept or negotiate again? I don’t want to lose this opportunity.
