Anyone works at Goodwin? I’ve been interested and applying in the last few weeks, so far, I am intrigued. I’m currently in the LA area, I’m planning to stay but I’m open to relocating either SF or Boston as well. If any can connect to their Recuritment or Talent Acquisition Team or any references, information or connections! Let me know!

It depends on how closely you work together and how much you trust each other to be discreet and professional at work, especially if the relationship ends with both of you still working there. Manager-employee relationships are almost always prohibited and a terrible idea even if technically permissible. Same department, different levels but not in each other’s chain of command is usually okay with HR but could get weird. Same level coworkers in the same department might be fine if you don’t work together on a regular basis. If you’re in totally different job functions and rarely work together, you’re good.
My current company hired an employee’s spouse last year, and it’s not an issue at work. They work in different departments, and there’s little chance that they would ever be organized into the same team. They participated in the same working group for a specific project once and that was fine.
shoot your shot playa! just be careful; broads in corporate are vicious. Teachers/Nurses are much better.
Yikes. This is one of those "maybe you're the problem" vibes.
I met my husband through work doing the exact same job for the same manager 🤷🏽♀️ haha. No one ever cared. And this was in office.

What does you working remotely have to do with it?
Allows them to have a long-distance relationship. Some people prefer never to see their other half. Don't ask...
Read your company policy on Conflict of Interest. My company strictly forbids dating co-workers due to conflict of interest policy.
