Not gonna lie, I’ve been feeling a little bummed too. However it is the holidays and that typically has me down any other year. However this year I’m quite incensed that the pandemic hasn’t slowed down; instead it is getting worse. I don’t really have a way to help myself because even going out or seeing friends causes me anxiety because I don’t want to give the virus to my mom.
This is definitely a great time to try out some new recipes and with my family avoiding gatherings it’s been fun trying to talk grandma into sharing the family recipes this year.
Also recommend time outdoors depending on your location/weather

Get a therapist with some insurance it’s free rn this I my first time getting one and it’s helped tremendously
