Nowadays because of an immediate joinee service based company recruit ppl with less skills and candidates are not able do day to day tasks after on boarding

Hi Fishes, I got an offer for an APM position in Gartner and I have decided to join.
The role is to work on internal products and Salesforce CRM development from scratch where many product managers would be involved.
Currently working as a risk analyst at American express since past 8 months but feel like I would be able to grow more in a product manager role.
I want advice from experienced people here. What do you think about this career move American Express @gartner

Service based company don't care about productivity! All they care about is number of resources assigned to a client for billing.
As long as client is not raising an issue, or some serious issue within team, nothing will happen. All extra burden will be put on people who knows how to complete the task.

But do they not fire or release from the project?
Absolutely agree with @Atlassian .. Yes the burden has to be shared by the team members who there from long time with excellent skills , however company would refuse to give them salary hike even though they run the show for them... Project release is possible when the project lead escalates to the higher management and puts the new joinee in Pip but a proper justification is required...
