Whew this group is a relief to find. No one at my job knows I have ADHD, and I only have one other friend with it. I manage a team of people and the stress of checking, double checking, and triple-checking everything to make sure I'm not forgetting anything or behind on anything is insane. I've kind of got the hang of keeping focus during work hours, but I'm just constantly on edge that someone will notice or I'll start falling behind.

Fresh embryo transfer. Got my period yesterday, and my pregnancy test in the clinic is tomorrow... so frustrated after all the investment... I had two embryos frozen so hopefully next time it happens... hope everyone gets what they want.

Insurance companies are now allowing embryo banking. This happened to me and also another friend who works at a different company where we decided to go through with another IVF cycle before attempting a transfer (because an optimal number of embryos was not achieved) and insurance approved them. Hallelujah!

Has anyone tried My Vitamins’ CLA and glucomannan? Do they actually work in terms of reducing fat and controlling weight? I’m not obese but it’s really hard for me to reduce my fat from 21.7% back to 19% and gained like 3kg in one year even with all the exercises and I seldom eat junk food. Worse part is I’m having hypothyroidism but the doctor gave me the lowest dose and I still constantly feel tired. Talked to the doctors several times about the dosage but was told my blood test was normal.

HSG pain level vs. endometrial biopsy? I have an HSG this week and did biopsy last week. Biopsy was brutal! I overheard a nurse telling someone else that HSG is actually more painful but I can’t even imagine… really nervous now.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

I recently accepted a job offer and it has been discussed and confirmed via email/phone that my starting salary is £26k and will raise to £28k after 6 months probationary period. Now, I have been sent the contract but there’s no specific statement about the £28k salary after probation.
