I'm currently trying to exit audit but i am so lost as to where to go next. I initially thought TAS but the only up side of that is pay and it doesn't really make up for the hours. Advise anyone?

For those of you who have purchased an eligible EV vehicle and applied to get the credit (Fed/State).

If the state provides that the purchase price can be no more than 50k in order to be eligible for the credit. Have you tried to structure the purchase so that the car is bought for 50k (let’s say msrp is close like 49k) but your installed options are purchased separately so that you don’t exceed the 50k on the bill of sale? Have states tried to recast this?
