Off topic: I am planning to buy or book a car by end of this quarter. I can spend upto 20 lacs max. So suggest me a good car.
Also, is it worth spending upto 20 lacs on a car? Why asking because constantly gets feedback from everyone includes friends, family and wife that live your life and don't think much if you can afford. I don't know if i can afford it not. But I am considering one time as well as running cost. My CTC is more than 35 LPA.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

An executive of a major Telecom company approached me with an exciting opportunity. All details have been finalized for them to provide me an official offer other than the final compensation. The executive had asked me to provide a salary range that I was looking for which I did, but now wants me to provide my W2 from previous years of employment along with a breakout of this year’s compensation. Company 1 : $170k base + 10% bonus + 136k rsu + 5k sign on
Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?
