I just reached the point where I make 150k and can save $25,000 a year. I’m 33 and do not plan on having kids. My only major expense is a $560,000 mortgage remaining (2.8k per month expense). Any advice on how to apply that $25,000 a year to reach retirement as early as possible?

Does anyone know where I can find basic ESL worksheets for newcomers that aren’t British? I just got a few new students whose English is about zero. Thankfully I speak their language (I am the only one in the school who does) but I wanted to start them on basic vocabulary (colors, foods, school supplies etc) and basic grammar. But a lot of the worksheets I find are designed for people learning British English and I don’t want to confuse my students because the vocabulary is different.
