Paul went on IG Live this afternoon after Karine called the police. I have not watched the video, but bloggers report that Paul accused Karine of drinking in front of their son, domestic violence (shoving him), giving him an STD, and being pregnant again. The video ends with Karine asking to be taken to a shelter. Very sad.

Best massage in Manhattan? Are they even open?
Storage space - kids have a lottttt of stuff. Even if it’s not in unit, if the building has storage lockers or a place like CubeSmart nearby
Second the storage space / closet space suggestion. I also like that we have an apartment with reasonably thick walls so that you can get a break from the screaming or watch TV/have fun without disturbing the kids’ sleep.
Outdoor space - this is good for babies too, not just kids, bc hanging out outside is one of the easiest ways to socialize when you have a baby - find someone else with a baby and go drink or eat in the park or private yard or whatever with those people
Bath is a really good thing - I second that
I actually don’t think doorman is that important but elevator is a must have (but your needs may differ)
Then I would just say natural light and space. I’ve lived in four diff apartments in Peter Cooper Village over the last decade (leaving the city, coming back, trying new neighborhoods) but have never been happier than I am now with a two bedroom on a high floor facing south west in PCV with two kids under three. Highly recommend. And for Manhattan at about 5k and almost 1400 sqft, the price ain’t bad.
Outdoor space as in a park? Or you think rooftop is useful as well?
We are definitely interested in sunlight as well.

Lots of daycare options in the neighborhood and proximity to recreation like dance lessons, soccer fields etc.
Make sure it’s kid friendly — your neighbors may not want to hear kids crying / noise etx
